The Far Out Monster Disco Orchestra is Far Out Recording's in-house Brazilian disco super group. The project's arrangers are the late, great Azymuth maestro Jose Roberto Bertrami and the legendary Arthur Verocai. Now on its 14th release, the remix series is a sizeable and ever-growing arsenal of disco weaponry, with a prolific list of contributors. The latest offering comes from Glaswegian disco maverick Al Kent. Kent twists around the bouncing congas and Arthur Verocai's chilling string arrangements for a striking up-tempo stomper with a fierce edge. A precious 12" that sits perfectly in between deep house and disco.
