Sissy Nobby is the break out star of New Orleans' gay bounce scene, and he's teamed up with Dre Skull for his latest single. "Lay Me Down" is half New Orleans Bounce and half 80s synth pop ballad, with Nobby shouting in his trademark rasp about how all he really wants is to get fucked really hard. The combination of raunchiness and melodramatic chords is definitely one of the more interesting dichotomies I've run across in a looooong time. This 12" includes the dirty, clean, instrumental and a capella versions of the track, packaged in an airbrushed pic sleeve.
