Gritstep from the man like TNT, 'Transmission' is present in original and remixed form. The original revives a dark-side take on 2 step which injects necessary bounce into any potentially moody dance situation. The top side welds the sampled vocal to a more electrode four/four rhythm, before the spannered bass-step low end takes control with its filthy mitts -- large. The real business here lies in 'Greezy' -- tucked away on the B2, mammoth b-line business, perhaps the kind of dark garage filtering as shortwave frequencies through Burial's synapses, whilst he was composing his masterpiece for Hyperdub. Very dirty and takes no prisoners, highly limited.
