After the release of the acclaimed CD compilation Nao Wave - Brazilian Post Punk 1982-1988, Man Recordings now presents the follow up release: Nao Wave Revisited. Four illustrious protagonists of today dedicate themselves to the exciting Brazilian sound of yesterday and present their interpretations with remixes and edits. Munk from Munich kick off the EP with an edit of "Eu Sou O Rio" by Black Future, in a state-of-the-art edit which will bring its percussive punk funk sound onto many dancefloors. The Glimmers from Belgium created a mellow grooving mix for "Agentss" by the post-punk band Agentss. Tim "Love" Lee made a new interpretation of "Io Io" by Voluntarios Da Patria, adding echos and Theremin. Marco, a Berlin DJ, made a minimalist variation of Azul 29's groovy dark wave anthem "Ciencias Sensuais," and extended the intro -- perfect for DJ use.
