LuckyMe catch the debut 12" proper from crossover bass/pop producer and former DMC champion, Cashmere Cat. The follow-up to his 'Mirror Maru' anthem - as rinsed by Rustie, HudMo, Gilles Peterson, and on the GTA V soundtrack - is a cute four-track affair welding sparkling keys and tempered trap/house/bass rhythms inna distorted reflection of stadium-ready EDM. His sound's got the same sense of zig-zagging jazziness as Jameszoo, but with a taste exuberant harmonic progressions Rustie and HudMo borrowed from John Hughes film soundtracks and the partywise sensbility of a Diplo show.
