Drone - Evil Sky - 12" Vinyl

Last year Bristol based producer Drone made his debut to 1985 Music with "Blood Orange". Fast forward to March 2021, Alix Perez now properly introduces him to the label with his own 4-track 12" record, fuelled by beautiful concept art on the sleeve. Drone’s debut single on the imprint was pretty much a heavyweight dubstep banger, although the productions on the "Evil Sky" EP are more experimental in the sense that it draws inspiration from trap and grime, fitting the 1985 brand superbly. All in all, the new Drone material is another great addition to the producer’s back catalogue.
