The mix was composed by an all-Miami crew of DJ Manuvers, DJ Sharpsound and LouiArson. The trio come from the Chocolate Sundays collective and put in brilliant work to honor J Dilla. The mix features The Pharcyde’s “Be Like That,” the Slum Village classic “Fall In Love,” Jay’s solo cut “So Far To Go,” and a rare remix of “Stakes Is High,” the greatest De La Soul track ever made. Before, after, and between these cuts you’ll hear rare micro-joints plucked from the legion of Dilla beat tapes that have been recovered.
