This one is sure to be insider hit on the Tokyo's cult label Jazzy Sport.
The songs blend several dance genres including minimal, deep house, nu-jazz, even some cosmic. "Pink Bomber(1)" is a four-star smash. It's starts off super-clean, but midway it transforms into some hard house craziness. I'm not going to verbalize it, but it's definitely one of the coolest shifts I've heard in a while. B-side "Influenza(2)" also blends styles, I'd categorize it under minimal-space-disco. Apparently, these takes are interpretations (quite liberal) of James Mason's "Sweet Power Your Embrace" and Ian Drury "Spasticus Artisticus." Fresh sounds for sure,A Pink Bomber B In?Flu?Enza
