On his latest 12-inch for Moodyman's Mahogani Music, the Detroit don revisits that track with a live take backed by a new cut of disco house. "Praises" features everything Andrés does well—live basslines, warm drums, perfect Rhodes chords—but it's the gospel vocals that are the cherry on top.
