Electropical Dubstep/Funky riddims from Montreal's Bowly for Berkane Sol. 'Bleeps' is one of our favourite tracks from the label in some time, laying a groove somewhere between Emvee or Ill Blu's ruggedly percussive Funky and the shiny electronic surfaces of Hackman. The more broken rhythmic stride of 'Ide Dun Tropique' is another winner, setting weirdo Caribbean melodies with a darker, skulking intent, like Senor Coconut mixed with Ed Rush, kinda. Ace.
