As much as dance music always likes to think of itself as future music, we sure do love a good remix, don't we? And that's what we have here courtesy of Contact whose 1992 gem 'Contagious' is an archetypal mix of prog, house and electronic styles from that era. An original, if you can find one, will cost the best part of a two and for good reason: 'Contagious' is a psyched-out cut with sensuous vocals and driving drums all overlaid with majestic cosmic chords. Various mixes tweak the template, two further deep progressive house jams are included on the flip.
