A sneak peek of things to come from yet another of SomeOthaShip Connect's resident underground poets, Verse For Verse is a teaser 7" of rapper Cornbread's upcoming fourth studio release, which will feature guest spots and production from the likes of Oh No, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Aloe Blacc, and many more. The Oxnard, California MC has already made his mark on the alternative hip-hop scene as a member of acclaimed supergroup Kaliwild, (Whose ranks also featured Oh No & Sauna) and four albums in he has only just begun to share his brand of witty and thought-provoking hip-hop with the world.
Verse For Verse features two tracks which are set to appear on Cornbread's upcoming fourth album; "Words Have Power", which features production from producer Kev Brown, while the eponymous title track is produced by SomeOthaShip's own psychedelic soulstress Georgia Ann Muldrow, and features guest verses from fellow underground MCs Ras Kass & Mikial.
