D-Train lay down another eminently uplifiting slice of late disco. Like thier other releases on Prelude, Keep On is positive, and advocates above all else strength in the face of adversity and to always reach out for your goals. This track has that characteristic D-Train vocal break where they bring in two or three voices layered on top of each other to create a beautiful harmony whilst delivering an uplifiting message: "The sky is the limit and you know that you keep on, just keep on pressin' on; the sky is the limit and you know that you can have what you want, be who you want.
