This alias of BVDUB (aka Brock Van Wey, legendary purveyor of glacial techno & ambient soundscapes) delivers a 2-part suite of techno meets drum & bass (both tracks come in @ 150bpm) with a chugging bass line over melancholy, drifting synthwork for the 6th in Auxiliary's limited edition Symbol series. Rolling breakbeats align under sky-licking, tranced-out pads and breathy female vocals - kinda reminds me of an updated version of some mid 90's FSOL-esqe breakbeat ambience. Both tracks are 10+ min plus, as well - epic!!
