Echologist - Snowblower - 12" Vinyl

Under his Echologist moniker, Brendon Moeller offers up four slabs of massive, dancefloor-oriented techno. The EP kicks off with the unrelenting and funky dub techno workout, "Dirt," its background white noise reverberating and ricocheting, creating an irresistible flow. Next is the sub-aquatic "Giant," with a wall of sound reminiscent of volcanic lava flowing downhill. "Swell" is a nod to Maurizio, but with a shoegazing feel that's as psychedelic as techno gets. "Ritual" is a DJ tool with crisp, oscillating synths.
