Jay Murphy teamed up with the wonderful Natalie Nova to produce a cover of the classic track "Boogie Oogie" by Taste Of Honey, and give this track a new life by adding some post modern elements and keeping the original vibe of this club classic.
Jay Murphy is a Franco-American musician living in Paris, France. As a producer, singer, composer and keyboard player, he's been performing in various Funk bands since the early nineties. Most noticeably with Malka Family, Juan Rozoff and Greements Of Fortune to mention a few.
Young Pulse and Rob Hardt each did a remix of this track with their signature touch. The outcome is a Boogie remix and and Nu-Disco remix, both powerful, driving and uplifting. Another must have in every DJ set primetime placement.
