2020 reissue - Classic 1973 boxing record featuring producer Rupie Edwards as Joe Lewis relating the pugilistic tale of the heavyweight contest, the famous Sunshine Showdown in Jamaica between George Foreman, or Floorman as Rupie would have it, and Joe Frazier. Foreman won the fight in the second round and the event was a sensation in Jamaica, with many records issued commentating and commemorating the contest. This is one of them and is performed across the killer rhythm Rupie used for his production of Errol Dunkley's wicked Down Below, a straight version of which is featured on the reverse.
