Finland's Kalle M returns following his latest jaunt on Was Kids with a techy Detroit-flavoured gem that falls somewhere between a Guido Schneider and Jussipekka release. The openi ng track works a creamy bass-driven percussive groove that w ould make even Matthew Jonson a bit green with envy, balanci ng rising & falling snare rhythms with sporadic soft melodic fills and swirling pads. Next up is a chunkier tech house v ersion with Laurent Garnier-like synths and bass for those t hat like it a tad ruffer. Things just get better on the flip as Kalle drops an amazing Jonson-esque track with floating electronic bass riffs and pristine string sounds that define tly have a jaw-dropping quality to them
