"Kanye took to Twitter to announce he was working on a new album with Dr. Dre.
Initially being announced as a remix project, the album eventually grew to also use mostly unreleased songs. With the album basically being finished Kanye said in twitter on 2020, on #WESTDAYEVER, the album was coming soon and would release officially any moment, but never did. The album was entirely scrapped sometime around mid-2020, as said by Dem Jointz.
Kanye posted on Twitter one of the supposed covers for the album in 2022, with 'Jesus Is Lord' being an alternative name for 'Jesus Is King II'. "
