For "How I Get Down," Moniquea takes the helm vocally, weaving a tale of leaving behind temporary relationships for something lasting, over a smooth slice of 2-step R&B/boogie funk. On "Dreaming," Ivan Makvel himself handles vocal duties, fantasizing on the day that he will set foot on Californian soil. When you hear the west coast funk influence on the production of both songs, it's a dream that makes perfect sense.
