The beauty of his 2562 project lies in the bottomless bass and super sharp beat editing which falls somewhere between the clipped broken beat styles of 4 hero's Dego and the stripped steppers of Kode 9, making for a deliciously taut yet utterly loose style that's so easy to fall into - its just mighty mighty stuff. Samiyam takes the original into wonky downbeat territory on his mix, turning in a off kilter killer, full of melting synths and hazy stoned rhythms to beautifully complement Ms Blingh's vox, but sounding even better on the instrumental version.
