Not really certain what this album's all about but apparently it's an imagined channeling of top ten hits after the apocalypse. Which totally makes sense, right? Well Prince Rama are on Animal Collective's Paw Tracks imprint which I suppose starts to at least give a hint at the weirdness we should all expect, but `Top Ten Hits of the End of the World' is really even more far gone than you're likely to expect. A weird mashup of ethno disco, cosmic pop and the kind of kooky world music you'd expect to come across on a Sublime Frequencies compilation, this ain't gonna be for everyone but the dedicated weirdos should find plenty of quirk to jerk to.
