Super limited fourth release on this hot Finnish label, following up to the well-received "Robot Aggression EP" by Blastromen. Sero's music is a mixture of 808 beats, old school samples and badass basslines. The result is a classic electrosound that all cowbell-junkies love. Sero is also the other half of Sektoid. This bomb is called "Megamaid", an individual production by Sero. The original track features elements from old school electro, still sounding fresh. Although today's standards are met, it is still without a doubt a treat for those old school junkies, who just love the sounds of orchestral hits, cowbells, scratch sounds and booming bass. This time, we also serve you a nice remix from Bass Junkie aka Phil Klein who is known for his releases on labels such as Breakin' Records, Touchin' Bass, Control Tower and Electrix among others. He is also famous for his many aliases as well as his own record label, Battle Trax. The remix is called "Bass Junkie's Megabass remix", and the name actually says it all. It is all about those wonderful sounds of bass spiced up with clips from the original track and also a couple of other things, which pay tribute to old school. As you might already have guessed, it is a quality production from Phil, as always. Another solid electro release from the Finnish label.
