"Where Were You" is one of those classic tortured ballads for which she is best known, while (You're Trying To) Cop My Stuff" is a terrific slice of heavy , strident funk.
Kim Tolliver sadly passed sway in 2007, but this release is a great testament to the amazing and sadly unrecognized talent she clearly was.
