The 3LP vinyl comes with a 1.5m pull out scroll of brilliant and surreal emails between Diplo and Big Dada from back in the day- an insight into how the Florida album came to be. Florida was an earnest release in a genre that took itself so seriously that each song was crafted around not one, but dozens of samples, because you really had to dig. You had to have mad records, to do DJ Shadow proud. Florida was to RJD2's Dead Ringer what Dead Ringer was to Shadow's Endtroducing.
