With 'Waves' and 'Horizon' he syncopates rich dub bass, fluttering percussion and fluctuating dub chords with a supremely deft sleight of hand. The Solat Constant mix of 'Waves' moves somewhere more secluded and submerged with murky bass flow and coruscating synth patterns like a more mottled Basic Channel track or perhaps more similar to recent MLZ productions, while Beyond Nyquist offers a tricky heads down groove with fine layers of percussion and proper Chain Reaction dub vibes.
