"This is something more people should do: collaborate and co-operate on a release. As on here three artists team up to put out a twelve inch. With the connection of two of 'em being obvious, as Greek and Rummage released their albums on the same label and Rummage produced Greek's song "Sunscreen". Which features a hard beat that Greek really takes in, to spit some correct and thick braggadocios verses, featuring as much insanity as hurting punchlines. Thus making us give our thumb up to this song.
The next cut then was done by Rummage himself, meaning both the beat and the words were done by the man. And with our review of his album (check it here) already commenting on the song "Dissentary", we can only repeat our finding from there. Rummage knows how to do a good beat, but he at times struggles to ride the beat properly. This neck motivating offering however is one of the good songs, as here he takes the beat into consideration when he does his verses. With the content of the song being repping and bragging and boasting and making himself sound good behind the mic.
And finally there's Carl Kavorkian's "Rhythmortis" off the "Earbleeders" album that is reviewed here. This horrorcore emcee takes one of the good songs, that's abandoning the cheesy keyboard quickly, to have some hard sounds crash down on you. Carl in the mean time dominates the mic with a strong presence and ridiculing you content. Hence making the 12" go full circle style wise, enabling each of the three artists gain the most out of this cross promotion. A dope concept accomplished with the three songs being of quality." - Urban Smarts.com
