Harmonise / The Movers And The Shakers' is the sound an open window on a summer's day should make - full of lilting instrumentation, beatific vocals and Herbert's customary attention to detail. With the overt political sloganeering seemingly expunged (although look behind the sheen and the dependence on oil is never far away...), Herbert seems to have turned his attention back to the dancefloor - as 'Harmonise' kicks off with a wiggle of pop-focused jazz that happily stacks up the electronics whilst Dani Siciliano tethers it all around her gorgeously supine vocals. Similarly, the back is just as joyous (even if a little more subdued) as 'The Movers And The Shakers' goes a bit deeper and brings up some sophisticated electronic syrup that can't help but seduce you.
