Roger Schami better known as Hoodboi is a producer and DJ based in LA. He has been working since he broke out in 2014 gaining popularity with his club/jersey twist on many hits of the 90s.
He has toured and collaborated with many amazing artists such as Dillon Francis, Lido, and Alison Wonderland. In 2015 he released his debut EP “Palm Reader” which gained him massive support from fans all over the world.
In 2018 after being silent for about a year he has finally came back working on his latest EP “Breathing Room”. This EP brings a whole brand new sound for his Hoodboi project moving away from the Jersey Club to a more Groovy club sound. The EP also has features other amazing artists Jerry Folk and Tkay Maidza. Breathing Room is a versatile, heady record. It’s equally as emotive and beguiling in its R&B and soulful vocal chops as it is brimming with dance floor potential. Lending his talents twofold, seen readily in the transition from the “Long Distance” to “True Colors,” Hoodboi’s comfortable and in the zone.
