The Incredible Bongo Band returns - with a second super-tasty batch of funky instrumentals! As before, the group seek to rework older echoes of music with some tight 70s funk percussion - played by a lineup that includes lots of drums from Jim Gordon, and loads of sweet percussion from the legendary King Errison - who cut a fair bit of funky records under his own name too. Many of the tracks are older numbers, but mixed with new tunes here - co-penned by arranger/producers Michael Viner and Perry Botkin - and the rhythms here are even more offbeat and complex than the first time around.
