Om is proud to present a project that has been long in the making...Iz & Diz "Magnificent." The extended original, a full 10+ minute affair, is a lush, deep masterpiece. Arpeggiating synths, a smooth rolling bassline, and classic Diz vocals are the immediate stand-out features. The theme of those vocals happens to be a love affair that the DJ has with his music; although it could easily be interpreted as feelings for another person. Either way, they should be strongly related-to by many a listener. Just put it on, sit back for a while, and let it take you on the magnificent journey it creates. On the flip, we decided to go to Montreal main-man Fred Everything, who does a serious number with his remix... aiming straight for the dance-floor with his tough, cut-up beats, funked-up bassline, and choppy use of the vocal. Our inspiration for choosing Fred came from those classic moments of Iz, Diz & Fred on the Silver Network. Demand for this remix has already been huge, and it will definitely grow to become a go-to track for DJ's for a very long time...Mark our words. And finally, not to be outdone, one of SF's finest up-and-been-done-come producers, Justin Martin, delivers an absolute nutter of a remix... bordering on the sound you would hear from folks like Dave Taylor or (dare we say) Solid Groove. All in all this is one versatile slab of vinyl, sure to become a classic piece of underground enjoyment for house heads the world over!
