Theirs is a highly visual sound, even when divorced from the integral visual element - previous releases and live shows make use of video zoetrope turntables and kaleidoscopic lighting - presenting synaesthetically enhanced geometries tripping the lines between plunderphonics, radiophonics, pastoral ambience and algorithmic splatter. They take a very hands-on approach for this new album, using prepared turntables and a "phenomenological" approach to sound and improvised performance yielding the oddest results.
