Based around Amsterdam and founded by a bunch of northern-soul and deep funk disciples, The Tibbs landed on Record Kicks in 2015 with their heavilly aclaimed debut LP Takin Over. The band was formed in 2012 taking inspiration from the golden age of Soul Music. In 2014, they selfreleased a demo EP and they also released a 45 vinyl on German funk label Tramp Records. Take notice, because The Tibbs are the new name to watch!
