Arovane, ASC and Tycho make remix eyes at 'I Take Comfort In Your Ignorance' from Ulrich Schnauss' 'A Long Way To Fall' LP. First and foremost, it's really lovely to see and hear Arovane back on wax. Since creating some of our favourite records for CCO and DIN he's been a sorely missed presence over the last decade, only recently receiving overdue praise from the Autonomic camp and understandably from the likes of Synkro and Indigo. Back in the mood for it, he gives not one but two sublime remixes; one a beautifully bright and emotive sort of instrumental synth-pop reduction, the other a faded, chamber-like take on D&B minimalism, both blessed with that incredibly rich and emotionally affective appeal. They're worth the cost of admission alone.
