Low and Behold is a compilation of Mexican electronic musicians down the slow techno path. Part of the tenth anniversary of Static Discos, the venerable label responsible for Murcof, Fax and Cubenx amongst other cult electronic artists from Mexico. The compilation is a statement of sorts, an exercise in slow layered and deep rhythms in contrast to today's hyper fast and empty dance music. It is their way of taking techno to a new low.
