The one and only album ever cut by Wolfmoon - a wicked set of funky southern soul from Tyrone Thomas - the drummer who also gave the world the Whole Darn Family record! Tyrone's in his Wolfmoon garb here - a younger, grittier style that's got some heavy southern soul elements in the mix - brewed up in the Richmond scene of the late 60s, and produced and polished here by Swamp Dogg down in Macon! The set's got the same solid punch as other Swamp Dogg projects from the time - like the Raw Spitt or Charlie Whitehead work, and Wolfmoon's got a much tighter groove than Swamp himself - partly because of his great work on drums, but also because of the righteous grooves of most of the tunes.
